How long does shipping take?
Every hat is made to order. Production takes 2-4 business days, then shipping is 3-5 business days within the US.
International shipping is available and typically takes 7-14 business days.
What kind of hats do you use?
We use the Big Accessories BA703 — a Vintage Corduroy Cap. Soft corduroy fabric, unstructured low-profile crown, adjustable strap closure. Available in Black, Navy, Brown, Burgundy, and Olive.
It's the same quality you'd find at premium brands, without the premium price tag.
Is the text printed or embroidered?
100% embroidered. Real thread, real stitching. You can feel the texture. It doesn't peel, fade, or crack like printed designs.
Embroidery is permanent and actually gets better with wear — it develops a lived-in character.
Can I put anything on a hat?
Almost anything. We support up to 30 characters of text. We reserve the right to decline orders that contain direct threats or illegal content, but otherwise — your hat, your words.
What's your return policy?
Since every hat is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect in the embroidery or the hat itself, we'll remake it for free. No questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
